stained towel unclean area
the room service was reasonably prompt, i guess.
The hotel's age showed more than expected. Parts felt a little UNCLEAN. sun loungers had quite a bit of staining. towels provided were not particularly fresh, which detracted from the experience.

The villa provided a sanctuary with a private pool. I enjoyed the fine views (a real treat!). The luxurious amenities ensured comfort . Perfect cleanliness was noticeable in every corner of the villa.

The staff exhibited amazing attentiveness. They addressed every request promptly. The room was impeccably clean and offered a serene view of surrounding greenery. I especially enjoyed the live music during dinner. It enhanced the dining experience.
The hotel is a bit far from town, this requires either taxis or renting a scooter for easier access.

unclean pool broken equipment
I mostly got room service and stayed at the room. The pool area was very unclean. ALL the sun loungers were stained and towels provided were also stained. The gym equipment was rusty and broken. It was frustrating that the hotel wanted to have house keeping check the room before we left, it did not feel 5 star.

The views from the balcony offered some of the best panoramas I have seen during my travels.
Breakfast quality did disappoint. The a la carte selection was quite limited. Staff consistently made errors with our orders. The time spent for breakfasts always exceeded an hour. The serving order was incorrect.

A Charmed Stay!

My Valley View Suite was spacious. The private pool added a special touch (I loved it!). There was air conditioning, so the heat wasn't an issue. I enjoyed the view from my room. I found it easy to get around using local taxis.
I noticed a bit of wear and tear in some areas. Some gym equipment needed maintenance.
